Tour Overview

The 8-Day Lemosho Route is widely considered the premier route on Mount Kilimanjaro, praised for its stunning panoramic views, low crowds on the first few days, and a superior acclimatization profile that gives it one of the highest summit success rates (often $90\%$ or better). Starting on the remote western side, it provides a crucial extra day that breaks the demanding climb from Barranco to Barafu, embodying the essential “climb high, sleep low” principle to maximize your safety and enjoyment. It is the perfect choice for first-time trekkers and anyone seeking the best possible experience.
